A football supporter has had his holidays scrapped by a sheriff after he admitted having cocaine to supply to a large number of his team's fans on match day.
Furious Sheriff Gregor Murray put Jody Hutchison on a tag after hearing he had cocaine for nearly 20 supporters with Class A drugs as part of "a nice day out."Dundee Sheriff Court was told that Hutchison had two upcoming holidays booked but would have to cancel and lose his money as a result of the tagging order.Roofer Hutchison, 42, Dundee, admitted having cocaine worth more than £2,300 with intent to supply in City Road on 7 December last year.He was fined £700 and placed on a 7pm to 7am curfew for six months.The court was told Hutchison had 29 individual wraps to take to Lochee United's match.Sheriff Gregor Murray said: "You fully understand the difficulty I have.
What I've got to bring home to you is how stupid you have been."You were involved in the purchase and the onward supply of cocaine to a large number of people.
You don't seem the slightest bit bothered about supplying a lot of cocaine to your friends."You heard what I thought of what you regarded as the possibility of a nice day out.
