Dubbed the "Queen of All Media", she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America's first black multi-billionaire, and she has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American history. By 2007, she was sometimes ranked as the most influential woman in the world.

Reality star Abby Hensel, who is part of the famous conjoined twins, has found love and tied the knot in a secret wedding. Abby and her twin sister Brittany rose to fame in 1996 when they appeared on Oprah Winfrey's show.

As the twins share a torso and all organs below the waist, their unique life story intrigued many and ultimately led them to have their own TV show with TLC.

However, despite the huge interest in their lives, the now 34 year olds have often kept private when it comes to their love lives.

Brittany once shared in 2012: "The whole world doesn't need to know who we are seeing, what we are doing and when we are going to do it." Abby, who controls the right side of their body, has also expressed similar sentiments about privacy.
