Melissa Sloan has 800 tattoos across her body and face and wants a Guinness World Record to prove it.Despite loving her body art and continuing to get three new tats a week - the mum is banned from many aspects of normal life.Melissa, from Wales, is barred from her local pub, schools and other tattoo parlours due to her collection.The 46-year-old misses a pint and chats at the boozer but says there's "nothing she can do about it" now. "I can't get a job.
They won't have me. I applied for a job cleaning toilets where I live and they won't have me because of my tattoos," she told the Daily Star.
It's not just work that Melissa struggles with, but at the end of last year, she was allegedly barred from her children's school.She claims she was made to watch her child's nativity play through the window, as people can't see past her alternative appearance."No Christmas parties and when I go to my child's school, I don't get invited," Melissa said.Even getting tatted is an issue, as artists have shut the door and refused to work on her face, over fears of her ink addiction."They won't do it because I'm beyond help - because I've gone too far," Melissa explained.And before she was banned from entering tattoo shops, the mum was barred from the boozer."I've been banned for life from pubs in the past because of the tattoos.
