Mum of daughter murdered in her own home makes vow after 'unbearable year'

Ashley was found with gunshot wounds in her back garden in Leinster Road, in Old Swan, shortly after midnight on August 21 last year, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Merseyside Police have said the killer entered the 28-year-old's home and fired multiple shots with a Skorpion sub-machine gun.
