Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez “only got along intermittently,” as they were once at odds over Nick Jonas, according to “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum Jennifer Stone.Stone, 31, discussed the situation on Monday’s episode of her and David DeLuise’s rewatch podcast “Wizards of Waverly Pod.” She claimed the tension between the two actresses over Jonas, 31, was why they did not share scenes in the show’s 2009 crossover episode “Wizards on Deck With Hannah Montana.”The three-part special brought together characters from “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “Hannah Montana” and “The Suite Life on Deck” for an adventure on board the SS Tipton.

Both stars appeared in the episode but didn’t interact once with one another.“It was, like, high school. Like, they both dated Nick.

They’re all good now,” she clarified. “But, yeah, it was high school BS.”Cyrus, 31, and Jonas reportedly dated between 2006 and 2007.
