Michelle Heaton on the trick that makes her 'nicer' to husband and kids

Michelle, who chatted exclusively to OK! to promote her and husband Hugh Hanley's fitness app for clients of their business Mission Possible Wellness, revealed that exercise is the key to a calmer life.
In fact, it helps keep her frustrations in check when it comes to Hugh and their children - Faith, 11, and nine-year-old AJ. “I love the way exercise makes me feel,” said Michelle, who shot to fame on TV talent show Popstars in 2001. “It clears my mind, gives me an outlet to channel frustrations and cope with stress." The former Liberty X singer continued: "It just allows me to be the best version of myself.
After going to the gym, I feel like I’ve got mental clarity and everything flows better in life. “In fact, I’m even nicer to my husband and kids afterwards!” Michelle and Hugh married in 2010 at a beautiful ceremony in the Bahamas and now live in Hertfordshire.
