In the spirit of Ursula, she opted for a dark smokey eyeshadow (but no red lip). Vivian joined her parents on the thematically blue carpet (it's like ocean!) in a black gown with ruffles top and bottom, with a leather corset around the waist—truly an Ursula fashion moment.
