Megan has been sharing honest updates of her first days of motherhood, including a snap of her swollen feet that she has been battling since welcoming her first child.
In the post, alongside a series of snaps from her son's first week, she lovingly wrote: "The best week of my life", before honestly adding: "Ps rip my ankles." The star has now shared a mirror selfie in which she is seen topless in a pair of grey shorts, cradling her newborn on her chest.
She proudly showed off her swollen tummy from her C-section, saying she still "looked six months pregnant." Megan wrote on the picture: "Just over 1 week postpartum.
