With their thriving creation Ziya at the beating heart of the Curry Mile and their award-winning, pioneering, vegan-Indian restaurant Bhaji Pala nestled away in Cheadle - a popular choice for Indian celebrities visiting the city - they set out in pursuit of their next culinary conquest.When they discovered an unoccupied premise on Princess Street, they had a vision for the next jewel in the crown of Manchester's restaurant scene.

After dreaming up an exciting concept with their business partners, Sthan-M1 was born - and its doors are now open to the public.
