Mark Chesnutt is ready to take back the stage and has set his return following an emergency quadruple bypass surgery. The country star confirmed on social media that he plans to perform at the Songs and Stories of Dean Dillon event set for October 9 in Huntsville, Alabama.

Chesnutt shared on Instagram a link for his fans to buy tickets for the event honoring the Country Music Hall of Fame and Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member.
