manchestereveningnews.co.ukA top Manchester restaurant which was named one of the best in the UK just a few weeks ago has shut down and undergone a big revamp which has seen it change both its concept and name.
Last month, three restaurants in the city were named among ‘the best of the best’ in the country at TripAdvisor’s Traveller's Choice Awards 2024.
In the Quick Bites category, which recognised takeaways and pick-up-and-go restaurants, city centre spot Sausage Shack made the top ten list.
The restaurant, on John Dalton Street, specialised in sausage-based dishes, like hot dogs, sandwiches and loaded fries, but also served a range of burgers, salads and sides too.
