Lorraine Kelly opened up about an emotional moment that brought her to tears during a heartfelt project away from the TV cameras.The beloved presenter, who is 64 years young, has been a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness since launching the Change and Check campaign in 2019, following her producer Helen Addis's diagnosis with the condition.The initiative has blossomed over the past five years, inspiring a choir composed of women touched by breast cancer, either as survivors or those currently in treatment.Their latest endeavour was a touching performance of Wet Wet Wet's classic hit 'Love Is All Around', featuring none other than Marti Pellow.

Speaking to the Mirror, Lorraine shared how the act of singing the tune unleashed a wave of emotion. "I burst into tears, as did so many people, because it was just so overwhelming," she confessed. "It was for the people that weren't there.

Very sadly, my grandmother Margaret died from breast cancer. It was long ago but you still remember it." She also reflected on the powerful sense of unity and empathy that filled the room: "There was an attitude and there was the fact that we were all doing it together.There was a real sisterhood and an awful lot of kindness and compassion in the room," reports the Daily Record.

Explaining why they chose this particular song from the '90s, Lorraine said: "This song is very special to me. It's like the soundtrack of everybody's life, isn't it?
