Love Island viewers are set to be left shocked after two fan favourite Islanders are sent packing from the villa. Fans learned on Thursday night that one boy and one girl would be at risk during Friday night’s double eviction.

At the end of the show, presenter Iain Stirling told viewers they had 15 minutes to vote for their favourite boy and girl. He added the Islanders with the fewest votes were at risk of being dumped - implying a double elimination could be on the way. This led to a barrage of posts on social media from fans hoping it would be Mitch and Molly to get the boot.

But it has emerged that two fan favourites have been dumped - with reports suggesting the pair have already left the villa. A source told The Sun : "It was a huge shock to see these two dumped from the villa. The Islanders were all clearly surprised by the results. "A double dumping is always tough and it has had a real effect on the Islanders. The elimination tonight will be very tense and no one will see it coming.

Viewers are in for a real treat but it will also be sad to see these two leave." A viewer tweeted at the end of Thursday night's show: "Manifesting Molly and Mitch to go home." George was the first contestant to be dumped from the villa after just one week, while Ruchee was evicted on Wednesday.
