ok.co.ukAfter baring her soul on a new podcast, The Only Way is Essex star Lauren Goodger stepped out looking happy and healthy as she celebrated her 38th birthday this week.The reality legend, who recently returned to the ITV show following an eight-year hiatus, was spotted heading to the famous Sheesh Turkish restaurant in Chigwell, Essex, to mark the special occasion.
Dressed in a pink bow satin mini skirt, fitted white t-shirt and strappy sandals, Lauren finished off the look with a Chanel Chevron Pink Lambskin Mini Flap Bag.
In another photo posted to her social media, Lauren was seen enjoying a birthday brunch with her fellow TOWIE pals, Sophie Kasaei, Amy Childs and Saffron Lempriere at ROKA in Canary Wharf.
Lauren's birthday came shortly after she opened up to Married at First Sight expert Paul C Brunson on his podcast, We Need To Talk, about some of the most difficult experiences she's been through, especially the devastating loss of her daughter Lorena, who died shortly after her full-term birth in July 2022.
