Lanarkshire MSP hails work of Drugs Trust after visit to its Uddingston centre

A Lanarkshire MSP was “delighted” to see the hard work of the Dogs Trust first-hand following a recent visit to their Uddingston Centre.

Central Scotland list MSP Meghan Gallacher was recently at the centre to meet with the team to hear all about their new venture called the ‘Hope Project’ which aims to support dog owners who are experiencing homelessness.As part of the initiative they have developed a Welcoming Dogs endorsement scheme, which provides free in-depth advice and support to homelessness services.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
