Following Jon Stewart’s return to “The Daily Show” on Monday night, the beloved comedian and political commentator has announced a limited-run of stand-up shows in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware.
Titled “An Evening With Jon Stewart,” the Live Nation-produced tour will comprise of only five dates, kicking off on March 1 at Bardavon 1869 Opera House in Poughkeepsie, NY and making stops in York, PA, Princeton, NJ and Stamford, before wrapping up in Wilmington, DE at The Grand Opera House on April 27.
Tickets will be available starting with the general onsale today, Feb 13 at 2 p.m. ET at events.seated.com/jon-stewart. The announcement of the limited-run tour comes only a day after Stewart’s highly anticipated return to “The Daily Show.” After scuttling a months-long search for a new host, the Paramount Global network announced it had enlisted Stewart, who presided over the late-night mainstay’s most popular era, to serve as its host on Monday nights throughout the 2024 election cycle and to run the program.
