The 61-year-old actor received support from legendary movie producer Jerry Bruckheimer at the opening of his A Bunch of Stuff art exhibit on Monday night (September 30) at the Starrett-Lehigh Building in New York City. Johnny shared a big hug with Jerry and posed for pics with the producer and his wife Linda. “Through the magic and madness of life, art has been my sanctuary.
These pieces, born of different stages of my journey are a residue of a life lived. Creation is not always a comfortable process, but for me, it’s a necessary one,” Johnny said in a statement about his exhibit, which opens to the public on October 4.
The last we heard about an update on Johnny returning to the franchise was in December 2022, but we do know a reboot of the franchise is in the works.
