John Hartson has accused some new Celtic signings of 'coasting' and reckons they wouldn't get a game for Kilmarnock.Derek McInnes' side followed up two wins at Rugby Park over the champions - in the Viaplay Cup and the Premiership - with a dramatic late draw at Celtic Park on Saturday.
That handed Rangers the chance to go top of the table for the first time this season, and they grabbed it less than 24 hours later by beating St Johnstone 3-0 at McDiarmid Park. Now Brendan Rodgers finds himself in the alien position of playing catch up to Gers, having seen a seven point lead evaporate.
Fans have been less than impressed with the recruitment this season, bot in the summer and in January. Only Nicolas Kuhn and Adam Idah were added during te winter window with punters concerned at a perceived lack of investment despite millions in the bank.Hartson reckons some of the arrivals are merely satisfied with being Celtic players.
He has demanded they do more and on what he's seen so far, they wouldn't get in mcInnes teams, or indeed other Premiership sides."Yes, Kilmarnock are doing well but you can't let them get three results against you and still expect to win the league.
