Jeremy Clarkson's long-time friend and executive producer of Clarkson's Farm, Andy Wilman, has taken a playful jab at the TV presenter, claiming he lacks patience and can't listen. The comments were made during the Edinburgh TV Festival when Wilman was asked if any scenes on Clarkson's Farm had to be staged.
He responded by saying that the show didn't need to be "orchestrated" due to Clarkson's inability to listen and lack of patience.
Wilman explained: "We don't actually need to set anything up. He knows f*** all about anything mechanical and because he can't listen and has no patience," adding, "He'll start driving something and next thing you know he's in a pond - so we don't set anything up and it makes us so happy that we don't have to." During the interview, Wilman also gave fans a sneak peek into the final episode of the Grand Tour, which is set to air next month. This episode will see the iconic trio unite for one last road trip.
Describing the episode as "deliberately gentle", Wilman said it was a goodbye between the three of them who remain deeply involved in their own individual projects, reports the Express.
