Janey Godley has been flooded with support online after she was targeted by vile trolls on social media as she continues to battle her terminal cancer diagnosis.The Scots comedian took to Twitter to thank her loyal fleet of followers for all their "love and support" following a string of scathing comments on her health, as well as personally vilifying her over her support on trans rights.
