Helen opened up once again in her latest Instagram Q&A session.Taking to social media, she opened up on her youngest child Charlie's bedtime routine admitting that she has help from a childminder who has "become her friend.""Yes Charlie is in an amazing routine, he goes to bed really well for me and in his own cot," she wrote. "I have help from a childminder who has become my friend and sometimes I feel guilty.
