ok.co.ukBritish Soap Awards host Jane McDonald has shared the simple secret to losing weight after she dropped four dress sizes. The 60 year old has admitted that she used to feast on sugary foods, and that led to her piling on the pounds.
However, the Channel 5 star has said that she has simply changed her mindset and since 2016, she has gone down from a size 14 dress size to a size eight.
Speaking in an interview with Women's Own, Jane said that life is too short to not give yourself a little bit of pleasure. She also admitted that she used to eat a lot of rubbish, but she has managed to clean up her diet in recent times.
Jane said: "I know when to stop and I think that’s the secret. I have everything I want, but I don’t always finish it. I also have plenty of salad." Jane then acknowledged her previous issues saying: "I used to eat so much rubbish.
