Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Carol McGiffin claims ITV's ‘disdain' for fans is 'obvious' after 'Tower Block Tracey' row

Loose Women last month, has had another dig at ITV after Dame Carolyn McCall, Kevin Lygo and Kyla Mullins faced questions in parliament following Phillip Schofield's affair controversy.

In her new column, Carol wrote: "The only 'new' revelation to come out of the whole ITV bosses' pointless questioning by MPs is the obvious disdain and contempt they have for their viewers after it was revealed they refer to them as 'Tower Block Tracey's'. "Do they also think, I wonder, that by forcing their woke agenda down the audience's throats day after day they're 'educating' them?

Of course they do," she added for Best Magazine. During the parliamentary committee, SNP politician John Nicholson accused ITV daytime production staff of referring to their audience as "Tower Block Traceys" who would not understand more "highbrow" content.
