Jamie Redknapp makes surprise visit to Lioness star Jill Scott's Greater Manchester café
manchestereveningnews.co.ukFormer football star Jamie Redknapp has made a surprise visit to a popular café in Greater Manchester. The Sky Sports pundit, 51, visited the Boxx2Boxx coffee shop on Palatine Road in Northenden last week.
The venue is owned by Lioness star Jill Scott and her partner Shelly Unitt. The pair have owned the venue since 2021 but relocated to a new site further down the road earlier this year due to customer demand and high praise for their coffee.
The café also runs regular social events. Posting on Instagram on Friday (July 19), Jill and Shelly shared a photo alongside Jamie inside the Wythenshawe café. The pair said in the social media post: “We’ve had coffee in Italy, France and Mexico together but we had to get this legend into Boxx2boxx to try the real deal!
