Jamie Laing debuts washboard abs following fitness overhaul ahead of wedding
ok.co.ukJamie Laing has debuted his washboard abs after overhauling his diet and fitness regime ahead of his wedding to fiancée Sophie Habboo next year.The former Made In Chelsea lothario, 33, took to Instagram to show off his 10 week transformation as he posted a video where his face could be seen reacting as snaps of himself were shown in the background.The first snap was of himself with a more rounded stomach, presumably at the start of the diet and fitness overhaul as Jamie grimaced and pointed at his old physique.
Words at the top of the snap read: "Getting married next year so started going to the gym." The picture then changed to Jamie post-ten week transformation as he showed off rock-hard abs, and bulging biceps in a pair of Calvin Klein briefs and black shorts.
Over the top it read: "10 weeks later I'm a beast." The Jamie-head over the top of the snap beamed as he was obviously thrilled at his results.
His pal and former Made in Chelsea buddy Ollie Proudlock commented: "Old jamie back baby." Another friend wrote: "Looking great mate." One of his followers hilariously brought up his apparent likeness to TV judge Judge Rinder, as they wrote: "Judge Rinder you are looking in top shape." Jamie and Sophie Habboo, 28, are due to get married on May 19, 2023, a date that was supposed to be kept a secret until Sophie accidentally let it slip during a joint appearance on Good Morning Britain in August.
