Hair-raising Halloween decorations are seeing neighbours running up that hill in South Ayrshire. Halloween fanatic Stephen Crawford’s front garden, on Whitehill Crescent in Annbank, is decked out with blood-curdling monsters and villains from the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.
