James Haskell addresses split from Chloe Madeley as he enjoys night out after 'moving on' from marriage
ok.co.ukFormer rugby player James Haskell was spotted leaving Chiltern Firehouse for the first time since being pictured there alongside businesswoman Martine Bridge in October.The 38 year old appeared a little worse for wear as he left the London hotspot and reportedly addressed the breakdown of his marriage.
According to a source, James told photographers: "You ended my marriage." OK! has contacted a representative for James for comment.The star, who is now a DJ, was married to Chloe Madeley - daughter of TV icons Richard and Judy - since 2018 but the pair decided to call it quits earlier this year.The couple, who share one year old daughter Bodhi, faced speculation for months about their relationship but confirmed via a joint statement that they had split.The statement, posted on Chloe's Instagram, read: "James and I mutually decided separate at the end of September, 2023. “We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time - certainly not while the television show was airing - but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand," the fitness instructor continued. “Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time. “Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter.
We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love.” Their shock split was announced at the same time Chloe's new ITV reality TV show, Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair, aired on screens.
During each episode, the 36 year old opened the door and gave viewers an insight into how she juggled work, first-time motherhood, and her famous family.
