After three nail biting weeks in the Australian Jungle, this year’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here king or queen of the jungle is just days away from being revealed - but fans aren’t happy with the way the results have been announced so far.

Each night prior to the elimination, show hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly head into camp to share the news about which contestants are safe and which received the lowest public votes, but long-time viewers are fed up with the lack of lack of suspense in the vote reveal.

Criticising the way the results were issued as being too “formulaic”, one fan took to social media to write: "It's too formulaic, the last person is always the one to be the 2nd 'could be you' so the suspense is really limited to whenever they say the first 'could be you.’” "They could do it in alphabetical order that way it could be anyone up until the 2 'could be yous' so the suspense is the same every time.” "Granted there are a few issues with this, but the current system isn't the best.” Another fan also agreed, as they weighed in and commented: "Agree it just uses up some time. The stupid bit is that bit isn’t live anyway, if they cut it down it would give a little more time for the recap or the exit interview.” Before a fourth fan added: "The way they announce it is stage managed as well to build pressure on folk producers want gone as well. 'Oh she was a could be, she'll be gone tomorrow, no point in me voting her to stay anymore’.” Last night, Danielle Harold and Tony Bellew were the lowest scoring celebrities on the show, with Danielle ultimately being the fifth star to be sent home after receiving the lowest number of votes altogether.
