She had a tough week in the Australian jungle, missing her daughters Maddie, 15, and Ivey, 5. Reports suggest that she was the second-highest-paid star on the show, with a rumoured fee of £250,000.
An ITV spokesperson confirmed: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities." On Wednesday night's episode, her fellow campmates were been informed that she won't be returning to the camp.
Jamie Lynn is the second celebrity to quit this season. Before Jamie's departure, she had hinted at wanting to leave. On Tuesday night's episode, she got really upset when Sam Thompson compared her to the boy who cried wolf.
