I'm A Celebrity fans have been left shocked by food critic Grace Dent's early exit from the jungle. It came after Grace caused concerns over the weekend as viewers took to Twitter to say they were worried about her looking pale and a shadow of herself as she admitted she wanted "to go home".

ITV said in a statement: “Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike." Grace, who is known for her strong opinions about food on shows like MasterChef, was selected to do the Bushtucker trial Down The Tubes with Josie Gibson but barely reacted and stayed mute the entire time hosts Ant and Dec were in camp.Following the news, it was revealed on Good Morning Britain who would be replacing Grace for the upcoming trial, as writes MEN.

Richard Arnold, who is on the Gold Coast reporting on I'm A Celeb, said: "There was a lot of speculation on the Twittersphere and other social media platforms about Grace and that she didn't look well and that her spirit seemed somewhat dampened alongside her other campmates.
