Lorraine Kelly was left apologising as she returned to screens as she promised her ITV co-stars and viewers "it won't happen again".

The presenter was back fronting her self-titled show on Wednesday (November 8) after returning earlier this week following her half-term break.

But as she appeared on-screen, Lorraine was quick to apologise to viewers as they may have noticed she wasn't wearing a poppy like her colleagues in honour of the period of Remembrance.
