It has been teased for the character, played by actress Cait Fitton, that she has a boyfriend away from the cobbles although viewers are convinced they know who he is and that he's actually a lot closer than some might realise.Viewers saw on Wednesday night's episode that a mystery man turned up at Lauren's door to surprise her on Valentine's Day reports the Mirror, just as she started to strike up a good relationship with Bobby.
But who is the man in question and why is it being kept such a secret? fans took to social media with their theories following the episode and are certain they have rumbled his identity.
One wrote: "I guess he's in prison but what if Lauren's mystery man is Rob and that's why Bobby is involved?! #corrie."
