Having sorted my clothes into keep, donate and recycle piles, I noticed that I don't really have any pieces that will see me through now to around early November, where's it cold but I don't need my big and bulky winter coat just yet.
As a fashion writer, I don't need an excuse to go shopping but this did give me a reason to check out some of the latest offerings from the high street.
Marks and Spencer is a go-to favourite of mine and while perusing the racks I found a jacket that absolutely floored me. The high street retailer's Satin Quilted Relaxed Bomber Jacket costs £55 and not only feels expensive but looks designer.
