I'm A Celebrity fans baffled as Nella Rose's medical emergency is ignored by ITV show

Nella, 26, was rushed out of the I'm A Celeb camp on Wednesday morning after suffering a medical emergency.The YouTuber was taken to see medics off-screen, meaning she was then made exempt from Wednesday evening's Bushtucker Trial.
As they got ready to reveal the results of the public vote to camp, Ant and Dec revealed Nella had departed camp.The duo said: "Now, unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic, so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial." They added: “So let's go in there and see who will be doing it." Nella was then nowhere to be seen on screen.
Fans presumed the emergency would be addressed in Wednesday evening's instalment of I'm A Celebrity, as the latest trial, which Nella was exempt from, played out on-screen with Nick Pickard and Nigel Farage taking on the challenge.
