Hilarious video footage has emerged of a Glasgow man kayaking down a street following flooding this weekend.Michael Paterson, from Barmulloch, paddled away from his home in the kayak when Leadburn Road flooded on Saturday after heavy downpours.
The viral video, which can be seen here, shows a man - who is stranded on the street in his van - filming the 32-year-old travelling past him.
Berri's 1996 hit Sunshine After The Rain can be heard playing over the radio as Michael paddles over and jokes: "Do you want toed?" The pair burst into hysterics as the driver replies: "Have you got a toe rope aye?"The driver then explains that he is waiting for the RAC to rescue him, as he adds: "That's a nice wee mode of transport you've got there anyway."Michael replies: "We need it here man, it floods every week.
This is just for the shop run."The pair share a laugh before the driver adds: "Hopefully I won't be much longer. The RAC's coming.
