Helen, 33, was first seen sporting a brown Skims bodysuit before slipping into a matching brown silk skirt which she paired with a cream chunky jumper, perfect for the autumn.
The former Coronation Street also sported a pair of long Gucci boots and accesorised with a Jacquemus bag and brown patterned coat.
Captioning the post, Helen, whose blonde locks were kept down in a curled style, wrote: "Me trying to be a together, mature 33 year old woman and mother of 3." She then added: "Don’t think I even did my bikini line the levels of f***s I give right now."
