Heartbroken sister pays tribute to young Scots man who was 'always full of smiles'

A heartbroken sister has paid tribute to her brother from Glasgow who tragically died just two days into the new year.Sean Patrick Taggart passed away suddenly on Monday, January 2, and has been described by family as "a much-loved brother and son who loved to party".

The 27-year-old was well known within the Castlemilk area of the city, with locals quick to donate money to help pay for his send-off.

Speaking to Glasgow Live, Sean's sister Jody described him as "always full of smiles".She said: "Sean was just a young partygoer, he was always the last person standing after a night out and everyone loved him."He was always full of smiles and would be the person to crack the jokes.

He was always known as the boy with the specs since without them he couldn’t see an inch."Sean's mum had recently given up her job to become a full-time carer for his gran and is now facing the financial burden of a funeral.
