Mature conversations have been deemed the key to lifting a ban imposed by Celtic on the Green Brigade.The Premiership champions have indefinitely withdrawn the ultras season tickets at Parkhead until further notice.
Celtic slammed the group in a strong statement on Wednesday and say their move is a "result of the increasingly serious escalation in these unacceptable behaviours and non-compliance with applicable regulations."Some of the incidents include "widespread and unsafe use" of pyrotechnics at Feyenoord on 19 September, "rushing turnstiles and forcing open fire exits" at Motherwell's Fir Park, "Illegally" gaining stadium access ahead of Champions League battle against Lazio to display an unauthorised banner and "violent and intimidating behaviour" towards stewards at Saturday's away game with Hibs.
Usually occupying the north curve of Parkhead, the Green Brigade won't be in attendance when Brendan Rodgers' side host St Mirren on Wednesday night.
Former midfielder Simon Donnelly reacted to the news on Clyde 1 and reckons that both parties must get around the table and settle their differences.He said: "I think that would be the ideal, dare I say it, adult approach for them to talk it over.
