A popular nightclub in Rochdale will have its licence reviewed next week following alleged incidents of ‘serious violence and disorder’.

Greater Manchester Police submitted an application for the review of Ko-Ko Lounge’s alcohol licence to the council on July 19, 2024.

The force claim there has been a number of serious violence incidents as well as under 18’s being allowed in and being served alcohol.

The force suggested that the council should revoke the nightclub's licence in light of recent incidents - meaning they would no longer be able to serve punters booze.
