Cricketing legend Freddie Flintoff has been pictured as he prepares for a TV comeback following his Top Gear horror crash. The former England international suffered serious injuries when he crashed at the Dunsfold Park Aerodome while filming the BBC show in December 2022.

He opted not to show how serious his facial injuries were following the incident and stepped back from public life while he recovered, Lancs Live reports.

Now more than a year on, Flintoff, 46, is seemingly ready to step back into the spotlight - with the dad-of-four getting back in front of the camera as he returns to his roots and works in the cricket world once again.

In a new snap, Freddie's face seems to have almost healed from the horrific crash. "WITH [Great Britain] LEGEND @aflintoff11," Subhajit captioned the snap, adding the hashtag: "#cricketassociationofbengal." He recently agreed a deal with the BBC worth about £9 million to make up for two years' loss of earnings after the near-fatal Top Gear accident left him with "life-altering significant" injuries.
