I’ve always been that way inclined,” the star, who has been married to footballer Wayne Bridge for nine years, said. “I think especially with what I do as a job, you are more self-aware.
But I genuinely am better with it now." The former I'm A Celeb campmate also admitted that her journey to self-acceptance and banishing body woes wasn't just found in the gym or healthy eating, but transforming her life as a whole.
