A message of ‘End Dog Racing in Scotland’ was projected onto Shawfield Stadium this week as animal welfare organisations aim to send a clear message to the Scottish Government.On Monday night, a group of nine animal welfare organisations projected images and videos onto iconic Scottish landmarks, including Shawfield Stadium, to send Holyrood a message.As well as projecting the statement on the former home of Clyde FC, the Unbound the Greyhound coalition projected an animated video contrasting the fictional lives of a rescued greyhound and a greyhound still in the industry onto the ‘People Make Glasgow’ building beside the city centre’s George Square.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
