But fans think Lydia might still be a mum in a twist where the baby did live after all and was perhaps found by a caring couple who took him to the hospital.
Fans also think the baby is Home Farm nanny Nicky (Lewis Cope). Nicky has admitted he grew up with a lot of siblings, which suggests he could have been a foster child.
