In the midst of his ongoing feud with the Panesars, Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy), the mother of his grandchildren, proposed a shocking deal: she'd offer him sexual favours in exchange for his fortune after his death, ensuring her children's future.
Nish agreed to the arrangement, but when Priya's son Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) ended up in hospital due to steroid use, a heartbroken Priya reneged on her promise, leaving Nish seething and plotting revenge.
He lied to Ravi (Aaron Thiara), claiming that Priya had made advances towards him, leading Ravi to take their daughter, Avani (Aaliyah James), into his care.
