East Kilbride MP hails children's mental health support Mind Marvels
dailyrecord.co.ukMind Marvels East Kilbride are helping schoolchildren across the town understand their emotions.The support service helps children develop coping strategies when these emotions can feel overwhelming in a fun interactive way using various techniques which include movement, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation.By building their own emotional toolbox of 'calming superpowers', Mind Marvels say children will feel more in control when they experience emotions such as stress, anxiety or anger.

"This will ensure they can become the best version of themselves."One in five children in the UK has a mental health issue.
