Paisley businessman supports mental health charity as suicide increases in Renfrewshire

A Paisley businessman is taking on the challenge of a lifetime as he seeks to raise vital cash for a suicide prevention charity.Gary Hamilton will this month take on his first ultra-marathon in a bid to raise funds for mental health charity Kickin’ On.The 32-year-old – who has seen first-hand the impact Kickin’ On is having on the Renfrewshire community – will face the ultimate endurance test with a 50km run across the Peak District.Gary, who owns Eco Deck Scotland in Paisley, said he was keen to use the challenge to raise funds for a local cause.
