Drugged-up stranger threw concrete slab through woman's window

A terrified Lanarkshire woman locked herself in the kitchen after a drugged-up stranger hurled a concrete slab through her living room window.

Connor Brown’s “inexplicable” behaviour led to him being jailed for 23 months at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week. The 27-year-old female was alone in her house in Tuphall Road, Hamilton, when Brown and another man turned up at 7.15am on April 7.
