Dan & Eugene Levy are 'Considering' a 'Schitt's Creek' Revival, According to Executive Producer
justjared.comIt’s been more than three years since we last heard from the Rose family, but there’s hope that we’ll get an update on them and the rest of the beloved characters from Schitt’s Creek in the future.
During a recent interview, series producer Andrew Barnsley revealed if show creators and stars Dan and Eugene Levy were thinking about a reboot or revival.
He had some promising news, though nothing is currently set in stone. Read more about the future of Schitt’s Creek… “It’s something that we know there’s demand and interest for it, really,” Andrew promised The Messenger. “It’s something that I know Dan and Eugene [Levy] are considering all the time, and I think it’s going to be a timing thing.” Despite the fact that they “love the world,” there are some concerns about how a revival would be handled. “The fear is, does it tarnish the legacy to go back and and revisit them in the way that maybe the Entourage movie did,” Andrew asked.
Earlier this year, Eugene revealed where the cast stood on the possibility of getting back together again. Interestingly, one of the stars has previously recommended a movie-style reboot.
