Court Grants Jonathan Majors' Accuser Temporary Order of Protection Following Assault Arrest

His alleged victim received treatment in the hospital. The actor was charged for assault the next week. He is due to head to court on May 9 where he will address the charges.
In the leadup, the court is taking steps to protect his alleged victim. (At the time of arraignment, a Limited Temporary Order of Protection was granted.),” the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told Variety.
According to the New York Courts, a temporary order of protection goes into effect the moment it is granted but expires once you head into court.
