In scenes which are yet to air on the long-running soap, Daisy will be seen comforting Ryan Connor, who has started to feel unwell, as he struggles to come to terms with the horrifying acid attack he endured.The waiter-turned-DJ was left with burns to his face and arm after he stepped in and saved ex-Daisy when her stalker hurled acid at her on the day of her wedding.

In an attempt to lift his spirits, Daisy invited Ryan's Ibiza club promoter friend Crystal to see him, but it later unravelled that she no longer had a job in the offing for him, and she also wasn't romantically interested in him.Feeling guiltier than she did before, Daisy decided to message Ryan and pretend to be Crystal.
Viewers watched this storyline unfold on Monday night's episode when Ryan - alone in his flat, was overcome with a wave of pain and couldn't go out as planned - called Crystal.Over in the Rovers pub, Daisy ignored the phone call, but when her phone rang again, her fiance Daniel urged her to give Ryan a callback.
